Ingredients

  • 1 slice/s bread
  • 2 tbsp ricotta
  • 1 tsp Bonne Maman Fig Conserve
  • 2 slice/s Parma ham
  • 1 pinch pul biber (or freshly ground black pepper), to serve

Method

  1. Toast the slice of bread. Spread over the ricotta, then dot over the Bonne Maman Fig Conserve. Arrange the slices of Parma ham on top. For an extra kick, sprinkle over a little pul biber or some freshly ground black pepper.
