Frozen passion fruit & peach yogurt

Serves: 2
500g tub fat-free natural yogurt
2 tbsp clear honey
4 passion fruit
2 ripe peaches, stones removed and diced
1. Mix together the yogurt and honey. Scrape the flesh from the passion fruits into the natural yogurt and stir in the diced peach. Transfer to a freeze-proof container and place in the freezer.
2. Freeze for 3-4 hours, stirring every hour until firm. If frozen overnight, remove from the freezer 45 minutes before serving.
