40ml Bacardí Reserva Ocho Años Rum
4 mint leaves
20ml sugar syrup
25ml lime juice
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Champagne
Mint leaf, to garnish
Shake the rum, mint leaves, sugar syrup, lime juice
and Angostura Bitters in a shaker with ice. Double strain into a coupette, top up with Champagne and garnish with a mint leaf.
