    Ingredients

    1 cherry tomato
    50ml Reyka 
    30ml pink grapefruit juice
    20ml elderflower cordial
    Ice
    Soda water
    1 Cherry tomato, to garnish

    Method

    Muddle 1 cherry tomato in a shaker. Add 50ml Reyka, 30ml pink grapefruit juice and 20ml elderflower cordial. Shake well, then strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with soda water and garnish with
    a cherry tomato.
