    Sesame purple sprouting broccoli with kimchi

    Ingredients

    230g purple sprouting broccoli
    3 tbsp toasted sesame oil
    1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
    3 heaped tbsp Vadasz Raw Kimchi
    25g smoked almonds, slightly crushed

    Method

    1 Put a pan of salted water on to boil, then add the broccoli and blanch for about 2 minutes at a rolling boil. Drain and refresh under cold water, then set aside.


    2 About 5 minutes before you enjoy your food, put the sesame oil in a frying pan over a high heat. When hot, add the broccoli and sauté until piping hot. Add the sesame seeds, kimchi, almonds and a pinch of salt and toss in the pan.
