Serves: 1
1 tbsp Greek honey (or other clear honey)
50ml Metaxa
12 Stars
20ml Cointreau
½ lemon, strip of zest, 1 tbsp juice
1. Put the honey in a bowl with a splash of hot water, stirring until it’s loose enough to pour. Combine all the ingredients (except the lemon zest) with the honey syrup in a cocktail shaker and half fill with ice. Shake until extremely cold. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with the lemon zest.
