Tangerine fizz
This will be saved to your scrapbook
You can also add it to one of your existing cookbooks
1 tangerine
25ml Cointreau
Ice
50ml Prosecco
Soda water
Tangerine slice, to garnish
Juice the tangerine into a shaker, add the Cointreau and some ice. Shake well and strain into a flute. Pour in the Prosecco, top up with soda water and garnish with a tangerine slice.
