Serves: 8-12
150ml gin
350ml Cocchi Rosa
1 litre soda water
1 blood orange (or regular orange), sliced into wedges
1. Combine the gin and Cocchi Rosa in a large carafe or glass jar. To serve, pour the mixture halfway up a glass filled with ice (highballs, wine glasses or tumblers all work). Top with soda water and add an orange wedge.
