    Ingredients

    ice
    50ml whisky
    100-150ml sparkling water
    Twist of lemon, to garnish

    Method

    Fill a highball with lots of ice. Pour in 50ml whisky then top up with 100-150ml sparkling water. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
