Oven cook
From Frozen
For best results cook from frozen. Remove all packaging. Loosely wrap cod in parchment or lightly oiled foil and place on a baking tray in the centre of oven. (Time 20 - 25 minutes, Oven: 200C, Fan: 180C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
Poach
From Chilled
Remove all packaging. Place cod in a pan and cover with either or milk. Bring to boil, cover and reduce heat to a gentle simmer for 8-10 minutes
