Pan Fry High/ Moderate heat. Time: 10-12 mins. Remove all packaging. Trim livers if required. Heat 20g butter in a frying pan, add livers and cook on a high to moderate heat. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Do not reheat once cooled.
