Thai chicken green curry
The fact that all the flavours you want to harness in your green curry are already packed into our Thai Green Herb Portions means that whipping up a deliciously aromatic meal has never been easier.
Add some vegetable oil (or Cooks’ Ingredients Wok Oil) to a wok and drop in some Thai Green Herb Portions. Briefly sizzle, then add coconut cream and enough water to form a soupy sauce. Bring to the boil, then reduce to a simmer and add diced chicken breast.
Cook until the chicken is done, then taste for seasoning, adding fish sauce, palm sugar and lime juice, as required. Scatter with coriander or Thai basil and serve in bowls over rice.
