Three-Ingredient Cocktails
Create Insta-worthy cocktails with these super-simple recipes. These festive delights have a no or low-alcohol version, and optional garnishes

1. COGNAC
This cocktail uses 40ml Cognac.
2. TRIPLE SEC
20ml of triple sec, a sweet and colourless orange-flavoured liqueur, adds a citrussy twist.
Add 20ml cranberry juice to the Cognac and triple sec in an ice-filled cocktail shaker, then strain into a coupette. Garnish with redcurrants and a twist of lime peel, if you have so

Replace the Cognac with grapefruit juice and the triple sec with orange blossom honey.
mulled chai cider
1. APPLE CIDER
You’ll need 250ml – medium-sweet cider works well here. The trick is to heat it gently, with only an occasional bubble breaking the surface.
2. CHAI TEA
Pour 200ml boiled water over 1 chai tea bag and add both to the cider to bring a sweet and spicy flavour to the drink. Warm gently for 5 minutes.
3. BROWN SUGAR
For an extra kick of sweetness, dissolve 1 tsp brown sugar or a brown sugar cube into the mix. Pour into a glass cup and serve with a strip of orange peel, if you have any.
Turn it into a mocktail...
Replace the cider with sparkling apple juice.

1. GIN
Pour 50ml gin into a collins glass filled with ice.
2. LEMON JUICE
Add 15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice.
3. TOMATO JUICE
Top it up with 150ml tomato juice, give it all a stir and garnish with celery, a cherry tomato and a chilli/salt rim, if you like.

Replace the gin with Sipsmith FreeGlider Non-alcoholic Spirit.
perrytini
1. VODKA
Pour 40ml vodka into a mixing glass half-filled with ice.
2. PEAR CIDER
Add 25ml of perry or pear cider to the mixing glass.
3. GINGER SHOT
Add 20ml ginger shot and stir until the ice has chilled the liquid. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a slice of pear and slice of ginger, if you like.
Turn it into a mocktail...
Replace the vodka with ginger ale and the cider with pear juice.
sake fizz
1. SAKE
Pour 45ml chilled sake into a flute filled with ice.
2. LIME JUICE
Add 1 tsp Cooks’ Ingredients Lime Juice and give it a stir.
3. PROSECCO
Top up with 75ml Prosecco and garnish with a lemon twist, if you like.
Turn it into a mocktail...
Replace the sake with yuzu and lemonade, and the Prosecco with Nozeco Sparkling White.
