Wash potatoes before use.

Mashed1 Boil as above for 20-25 mins.2 Drain well.3 Mash with a little butter or milk.TipThere's no need to peel! Just wash the potatoes and cook them as normal. This reduces food waste, plus the skin taste delicious.
Oven cook
1 Preheat oven to 220°C/ Fan 200°C/ Gas Mark 7.2 Rinse and dry the potatoes (leave the skin on).3 Cut larger potatoes in half.4 Put the potatoes in a bowl and add 3 Tbsps. of olive oil, season.5 Place on a baking tray and put in the oven for 30-35 mins, until golden.6 Turn half way through cooking.TipSprinkle with some fresh rosemary before roasting for a more aromatic taste!
