ANGEL'S ENVY Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is what happens when 200 years of bourbon tradition meet an independent master craftsman's instinct to improve. It's a total return to the art of craft-first, and hand-blended in small batches. We personally taste every barrel throughout each step of the aging process to ensure that the spirits meet our perfectionist standards. There's no set time for this process. It's only ANGEL'S ENVY when we say it is. Rooted in 200 years of bourbon heritage, we create hand-finished spirits that aren't afraid to improve on the classic tradition. Inspired by legendary Master Distiller Lincoln Henderson's lifetime spent crafting fine spirits, ANGEL'S ENVY is our masterpiece. We finish every one of our whiskeys in hand-selected finishing barrels. For an added layer of flavour and complexity, our bourbon and special cask strength are finished in ruby port casks, and our rye is finished in rum barrels.ANGEL'S ENVY Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is finished in port wine casks for an award-winning spirit. We guide each batch’s conditioning, blending our handcrafted bourbon in small batches. It’s typically aged for up to 6 years in charred, new white oak barrels.
Preparation and Usage
ANGEL'S ENVY's The Old Fashioned. Ingredients: 50ml ANGEL'S ENVY Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, 1 dash ANGOSTURA Bitters, 1 tsp. mineral water, 1 tsp. sugar (or one sugar cube). Preparation: Pour the bitters, sugar and water into a mixing glass half-filled with cracked ice. Stir well until the sugar is dissolved. Strain over cracked ice in an old-fashioned glass. Add ANGEL'S ENVY Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey and stir well. Garnish with a lemon twist.
