Bacofoil Kitchen Tips A tip from our cooks in the kitchen... Stop your Turkey from drying out by basting it with the lovely juices from the bottom of the roasting tray during cooking Important: Remove label and wash the Turkey Roasting Tray before use. During cooking, always support the base of the Roasting Tray when moving and take care as the tray may contain hot juices. Salt and acidic food may occasionally attack Bacofoil products causing holes and discolouration. To prevent this from occurring, lightly coat Bacofoil products with cooking oil prior to cooking. Do not allow Bacofoil products to come into contract with a naked flame or electrical heating elements. Always consult the manufacturer's handbook before using Bacofoil products in a microwave oven. Don't forget, you can also use our Turkey Roasting Foil to keep the flavours & juices sealed in.. even after it's cooked!
