Shopping list (for 2): 1 Small onion 1 Clove garlic Optional: 2 Fresh tomatoes 1 Handful coriander 3 Easy Steps 1. Prep it! Soak your pack of Bang! Lentils in a large saucepan with 500ml of water for 10 min, bring to boil and simmer on a medium heat for 15 mins, or until they are a thick consistency. 2. Fry it! First finely chop the onion and garlic, then fry them in a frynig pan with a small amount of oil. Sizzle them in the pan until crispy. 3. Spice it! In a seperate bowl, combine the bang! spices with up to 50ml of water and blend to a smooth thick paste. Pour this into the frying pan with the onion & garlic and fry for 30 seconds. Then add this to the lentil mixture and stir. Shelly says, - Add two chopped tomatoes to the lentils during simmering (step 1, prep it!) - Garnish with freshly chopped coriander
