Shopping list (makes 12): A small onion (100g) 1bell pepper and/or aubergine (50g) Optional: Fresh Coriander + 1 Chili 3 Easy Steps 1. Slice it! Finely slice the onion, pepper, and or aubergine. Top Tip: As an optional extra, add chopped fresh coriander and chili for an extra zing. 2. Spice it! Mix the Bang! spices and the flour in your pack with up to 150ml of cold water until you get a smooth batter. Add the vegetables and coriander, mix them in and stir thoroughly. Top Tip: Sift the flour for a light fluffy batter. Deep Fry, Shallow or Air Fry 3.Fry it! Heat some oil in a pan until very hot. Test if hot enough with a drop of batter - which should rise to the top. Place spoonfuls of your mix in the hot oil until crisp and golden (3-4mins), rotating for even cooking. Shelly says, - Enjoy with mango chutney or yoghurt infused with mint. - Try swapping out the peppers/ aubergine with other vegetables, like finely sliced potato or spinach.
