Cook product thoroughly. Do not consume raw.
Shallow fry

- Preheat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add one tablespoon of oil, then add Beyond Meatballs® to the pan and cook thoroughly, for 9 minutes, turning balls continuously.
Oven cook
From Chilled
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the Beyond Meatballs® on a baking sheet. Bake for 8 minutes, gently turning balls over halfway through.
