Preparation and Usage
Directions for use*: Adults and children 12+: Take 1-2 capsule daily with food. Children 3-11 years: Give 1 capsule daily, with food. When taking antibiotics or travelling: Take 4 capsules a day. (2 capsules a day for children between 3-11). Continue for 2 weeks once your antibiotics course finishes and 1 week after you return from travelling. *If you are taking any medications, have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or planning a pregnancy, please consult your doctor before taking any food supplement. Swallow our capsules whole or sprinkle into your food or cold drink
