The best cups of tea are all about the perfect ratio of leaf to water, temperature, and brewing time. 1* Scoop per 400ml 100° Boiling water is spot on 3-5 Minutes of brewing time *If you don't have one of our scoops, about 2 tsps of tea should do it. Brewing Tip Your tea will start tasting bitter if it's left to brew for too long. If you fancy a stronger cup, add some more tea leaves.
