It was milled the same day using state-of-the-art machinery at the Valiotis family mill, designed to produce outstanding quality and nutrition. Made from Koroneiki and Athinoelia olives, this olive oil is packed with antioxidants (500 mg/kg polyphenols) and has aromas of fresh-cut green grass, followed by artichokes and fresh herbs. On the palate, it has a smooth & delicate creamy feel, with more fresh herby flavours. It has a pleasant finish with a cracked pepper spice. Fresh and flavourful, this herbaceous extra virgin olive oil is perfect for green pestos, tomato salads, roasted potatoes and even vanilla ice cream!
