1 - AT FIRST USE remove black cap from bottle and discard. Insert the applicator into the bottle and twist to close. Product then must be used within 3 months. Do not rinse the applicator with water. 2- BRUSH your teeth at bedtime and rinse with water. 3 - DRY top row of teeth with tissue. 4 - APPLY a thin layer of serum on top row of dry teeth. One dip is enough for 5 teeth. Wait 15 seconds for serum to dry 5 - REPEAT application process for bottom teeth. 6 - WHITEN, let the serum works it magic overnight and brush off in the morning
