A zero-alcohol version of the most drunk italian single-serve non-alcoholic aperitif, specially developed to meet the needs of specific markets. The secret of its success is in the unique taste and appetizing achieved thanks to the extract obtained by a traditional strictly selected mixture of herbs, plants and part of fruits infusions. The operating cycle consists in the preparation of a dedicated herbal extract starting directly from a mix of infusions and distilled herbs, plants and fruit pieces. The herbal extract is blended with sugar (previously dissolved in mineral water), acidity corrector (citric acid), sweeteners, ascorbic acid, sodium chloride and complemented water up to the final volume. to obtain a concentrated base. The concentrated base is mixed, filtered, analytically controlled for approval and completed with the addition of the colorants. The concentrated base is then diluted with water, followed by the addition of carbon dioxide immediately before bottling and capping, completed by a pasteurization step. Preservation Recommendation As all food products, it is sensitive to excessive and extended light and heat exposures, that can damage its typical fragrance. During transportation and warehousing it is necessary to avoid to expose the product to: - high temperatures (over 30°C) for long times (> 20 days) - direct indoor light for long time - direct sunlight (never).
