Ethically Sourced Coffees, Roasted to Perfection. You're Drinking the Best We roast speciality Arabica coffee for one reason: It's the best-tasting coffee in the world. But it's simple*: Speciality coffee = Best in the world it's taken us 10 years to get our coffee so good (*so we asked him to write it bigger)

Preparation and Usage
How to serve, we don't want to tell you how to make your coffee, because only you know how you really love to drink it. As a rule of thumb, it's 15g of coffee to 250ml of water. For a cafetiere or French press, pour the water over slowly, stir well, leave for 3-4 minutes and then plunge, pour and say... 'Ahhhhhh now that's a delicious cup of coffee'
