Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked.
Oven cook
From Chilled
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Dust the lamb shanks in seasoned flour. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a casserole dish. Fry the lamb shanks over a medium high heat until browned on all sides. Add 500 ml of stock. Cover, place in oven and cook for remaining time. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 2-2 1/2 hours, Oven: 170°C, Fan: 150°C, Gas: Gas Mark 3)
