From Frozen
Cook from frozen. For best results microwave. Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Place 1/2 of the pack of peas in a microwaveable dish, cover with suitable film and pierce in several places. Heat on full power, stirring halfway through cooking. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Drain before serving. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. (800W: 4 1/2 mins, 900W: 4 mins, 1000W: 3 1/2 mins)

Time 5-6 mins. Remove ½ of the pack of peas from the bag. Place peas in a steamer. Steam on high for 5-6 minutes. Take care the pan does not boil dry. Serve immediately. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Hob
From Chilled
Boil. Time : 3-4 mins. Remove ½ of the pack of peas from the bag. Place peas in a pan of boiling water. Cover and bring back to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Drain.
