Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Remove sachet and set aside. Evenly spread the meat and vegetables over the foil. Place foil tray on a baking tray and put in the centre of a pre-heated oven, cook for 20 minutes remove from the oven and stir in the sachet of sweet & sour sauce. Continue to cook for a further 15 mins. Cook thoroughly. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 35 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
