Time: 3-4 mins SIMMER. For best results, place vegetables in a saucepan of boiling water. Bring. back to the boil and simmer. Drain before serving. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

Time 6- 7 mins. Bring water to the boil in a pan suitable for steaming. Add 250g of the pack to the steamer and place over the boiling water. Cover with a lid and reduce the heat slightly. Steam until tender. Ensure the water does not boil dry. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Microwave
From Frozen
For best results microwave from frozen. Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Place 250g of the pack in a microwaveable dish, cover with suitable film and pierce in several places. Heat on FULL POWER and allow to stand for 1 minute. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. (800W: 5 mins, 900W: 4 mins, 1000W: 3 1/2 mins)
