Microwave ^2 bao'buns] - Place 2 bao'buns in the centre of a microwaveable bowl - Cover with microwavable clingfilm and pierce - Microwave for 50 seconds ^750W / 900W] - Leave to stand for 3 mins then remove clingfilm Microwave ^4 bao'buns] - Place 4 bao'buns in the centre of a microwaveable bowl - Cover with microwavable clingfilm and pierce - Microwave for 1 min 20 seconds ^750W / 900W] - Leave to stand for 3 mins then remove clingfilm Steamer ^recommended] - Poke holes in greaseproof paper to line your steamer ^or use a steamer liner] and preheat - Place bao'buns in the steamer and cover with a lid - Steam for 10 mins Steam in colander ^recommended] - Poke holes in greaseproof paper to line your colander ^or use a steamer liner] - Place the colander above a pan of softly boiling water - Place the bao buns in and cover with a lid - Steam for 10 mins Serve & enjoy Please always be careful of hot steam when removing bao buns.
