Always ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving.

Microwave

From Frozen

12 Minutes- Remove the outer packaging.- Pierce the plastic film a few times with a sharp knife.- Cook on full power for 11 mins.- Remove from the microwave and allow to stand for 1 min.- Carefully remove the plastic film and serve.

Oven cook

From Frozen

- Remove the outer packaging and film lid.- Place on a tray in a preheated oven at 180°C/Gas 6.- Bake for 50 mins.- Allow to stand for 1 min before serving.
