Serving notes This product is ready to consume without cooking. Remove from pack five minutes before serving to release the full flavour of our classic smoked Scottish salmon: delicate and subtly smoky, with hints of sweetness. The faintest tang of oak, and a satisfying fullness of flavour in the mouth. Simply delicious with brown bread, butter and lemon wedges, scrambled eggs and asparagus or pasta and cream.
