Reblochon de Savoie AOP cheese made with raw cow's milk in France.Rich and luscious, sweet and nutty. Our No. 1 Reblochon de Savoie AOP is made in the Haute Savoie region of the French Alps by the Capt family, whose cheesemaking heritage goes back to 1850. It uses milk from cows grazed on alpine pastures, and is matured for 3-4 weeks to bring out all the sweetly nutty flavours. It melts beautifully and is traditionally used in tartiflette, a creamy potato gratin - delicious with a glass of fruity Sauvignon Blanc. Made with raw cow's milk. Strength 3.

May be eaten warm or cold. …For best eating quality serve warm. Preheat oven. Remove wrapper and wooden base. Replace Reblochon cheese into ceramic dish. Make a two-inch cross shaped cut in to the top of the cheese and place on a baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes in the centre of oven. Warning: take care when serving as contents will be hot. Serve immediately. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 20 mins, Oven: 190°C, Fan: 170°C, Gas: Gas Mark 5)
