Take extra care when barbecuing. Cook first and barbecue to finish.
Shallow fry

Pan Fry medium heat. Lightly oil a frying pan (none if the pan is a non stick frying pan). Preheat the pan over a medium heat, pan fry for 6-8 minutes on each side (12-16 minutes total cooking time). Remove the burgers from the pan and allow to rest for 2 minutes.
Oven cook

PAN FRY & OVEN:…Preheat oven. Lightly oil a frying pan (none if the pan is a non stick frying pan). Preheat the pan over a medium heat, pan fry for 2 mins on each size until the burger turns a caramel brown colour. Place in the oven for 10-12 minutes. Allow to rest for 2 mins before serving. (Time 10-12 mins, Oven: 200, Fan: 180, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
Grill

Grill Time: 15-18 minutes. Grill Temp: Medium heat. Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place under a medium heat turning occasionally.
