Oven cook

From Chilled

Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a lightly oiled baking tray in centre of oven with sage leaf facing down. Turn halfway through. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear. Do not reheat. (Time 20-25 mins, Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark 4)
