Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked.
Oven cook
From Chilled
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Preheat a non-stick frying pan and seal the meat on medium/high heat for 1 minute on each side. Transfer to a roasting tray and place in centre of oven until juices run pink for medium or clear for well done. Rest in a warm place for 5-6 minutes before serving. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 8-10 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
