This extra virgin olive oil is fruity and aromatic, with notes of tomato and green apple and a spicy finish. It's made from Biancolilla and Nocellara del Belice olives, grown in the best olive groves of the Trapanese Valleys. The olives must be harvested directly from the trees, and milled within two days of the harvest.

This oil is unfiltered and so has a cloudy appearance at room temperature and there may be some light sediment at the base of the bottle. We recommend that the oil is shaken to mix before use. Olive oil may become cloudy at low temperatures. The oil will clear on warming and the quality is not affected.
