Cooking Instructions (Serves 2) Make It Traditional Pan fry 400g diced turkey, chicken or pork until browned on the outside and cooked thoroughly. Add 330g of Potts' Enchilada and Mole Sauce and continue to cook until piping hot. Alternatively heat the sauce in a saucepan and pour over roasted turkey, pork or chicken. Serve with rice and salad. Make It Vegan Stir fry a sliced red pepper and 300g of pulled style soya protein and cook for 5 minutes. Add 330g of Potts' Enchilada and Mole Sauce and gently bring to a simmer. Simmer until cooked and piping hot (approx. 5 minutes). Use for Enchiladas or Fajitas with your favourite Mexican salsas and condiments.
