Preparation and Usage
How to start your barbecue - We would always recommend using a charcoal chimney starter for ease and results. However if you do not have one please follow instructions below - Spread your charcoal and build pyramids with firelighters - placed throughout - Try not to cover the whole barbecue base if possible so you have somewhere cooler to move your food - Light the firelighters with a long taper or match - Wait until the charcoal is ready for cooking, this means the flames have died down and the charcoal has turned grey/white in colour
