Preparation and Usage
Not suitable for microwave use. Three Simple Steps 1. Heat 1 tsp. oil (or ghee) in a saucepan until hot. Add the spices from the small spice pouch (add the chilli for extra optional heat) and take off the heat; cook 15 seconds. 2. Put the pan back on the heat and stir in the lentils (from the large pouch). 3. Add in the tarka (from the medium pouch) and 2-3 tbsp. water. Bring to a simmer and serve. Add halved baby tomatoes for extra tang.
