As our Tempeh is fermented, there can be some visible black patches that occur, which is simply a sign that the fermentation process is complete.

Chop, cook, enjoy. Or for an extra flavour boost marinate for 15 mins before cooking.All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Ensure tempeh is piping hot before serving.
Oven cook

200°C/180°C Fan Gas Mark 6/20 minsBake: Preheat oven. Toss in a little oil and bake on a tray.
Shallow fry

Medium heat 10 minsHeat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry, turning frequently.
