Preparation and Usage
We hope you enjoy our smoked venison. It has been cold smoked over oak and beech before cooking and then hand sliced into succulent strips. Ready to toss into a salad, dip in turmeric and ginger mayo or simply snack on the go straight from the pack. For best results pull out of the fridge 30 mins before consuming or pop the unopened pouch in warm water for 3 minutes if your short of time.
