How to cook - the Tofu Tasty Way Step 1. Simply simmer your TofuWings? in hot water for 8 minutes until soft then drain. Step 2. Cook to your preferred texture: Soft & Silky Simmer in a broth or sauce until tender and full of flavour. Crunchy & Crispy Coat in cornflour and bake at 180°C (356°F) or fry in oil until golden, then finish in your favourite sauce. 3 Top Tips! 1. For a firmer texture, soak the TofuWings? overnight or for at least 3 hours in cold water, instead of simmering in hot water. 2. If frying, drain on kitchen paper to remove excess oil-work in small batches to maintain crispiness. 3. Take care not to over cook the TofuWings?, they can become fragile.
