Preheat Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. Remove all packaging including foil tray. To aid release of the frittata from the foil, run a blunt knife around the edge of the foil and push up from underneath. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and bake for approximately 15 minutes.
