Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Pierce the bag in several places. Place the bag on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power. Shake the bag halfway through cooking time. Leave to stand for 1 minute and check the potatoes are tender. If not, cook until satisfactory. Check the potatoes are piping hot before serving. (800W: 4 mins, 900W: 3 mins 30 secs, 1000W: 3 mins)

STEAM …Time: 15-20 mins. Remove from packaging. Place in a steamer and steam until tender.
