Pan Fry: Moderate Heat. Time: 14-16 mins. Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tsp oil in a frying pan, add chicken, cook over a moderate heat, turning occasionally until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and no pink colour remains. Do not reheat once cooled.

For best results roast in oven. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place in a roasting dish, brush with oil and place in an oven until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and no pink colour remains. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 25-30 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
