Time: 45 mins. Remove outer packaging. Do not remove film lid. Place the basin in a steamer or saucepan with a trivet or an upturned heat resistant saucer under the pudding. Fill the pan with boiling water so that it comes halfway up the basin. Do not allow to boil dry. …Carefully remove the basin from the pan, remove the film seal and turn basin facing downwards onto a plate.
