Product Details

Oven cook

From Chilled

Preheat oven. Remove all packaging, and place sauce sachet to one side. Transfer the meat and juices into an ovenproof dish, and cover with foil. Place onto the middle shelf of the oven and heat for 1 hour. Remove from the oven, discard foil, then drain cooking juices and retain for later use. Increase oven temperature to 200°C (electric oven), 180°C (fan oven), Gas 6 (gas oven), and return to the oven uncovered for a further 40-50 minutes. Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving. Pour gravy sachet contents into a saucepan along with the retained cook juices, and heat over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently until piping hot. To serve, slice the turkey and pour gravy over the meat. (Time 1hr 40 mins - 1hr 50 mins, Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark 4)
