Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Remove all packaging. Evenly spread chicken in a single layer. Programme air fryer to cook for 14 minutes fresh, 19 minutes frozen. Allow to stand for one minute before removing. Ensure food is piping hot, thoroughly cooked and no pink colour remains before serving.

Oven cook

Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place the chicken on a baking tray in centre of the oven until thoroughly cooked and no pink colour remains. Ensure food is piping hot before serving. (Time 23 mins, Oven: 220°C, Fan: 200°C, Gas: Gas Mark 7)
