Preparation: Wash hands after handling raw poultry. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw poultry and cooked, or wash between uses. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully. All cooking appliances vary, this is a guide only. Do not reheat once cooled.

Shallow fry

From Chilled

Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Remove all packaging. Evenly spread chicken with as little overlap as possible. Programme air fryer to cook for 18 minutes fresh, 22 minutes frozen. Allow to stand for one minute before removing. Ensure food is piping hot, thoroughly cooked and no pink colour remains before serving.

Oven cook

From Frozen

Preheat oven. Preheat baking tray. Remove all packaging. Place the chicken on a baking tray in centre of the oven until thoroughly cooked and no pink colour remains. Ensure food is piping hot before serving. (Time 25 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
